WATCH REPAIR

Watchmaking and repairing is a dying art.  Many retail jewelry stores have to outsource their watch repairs because there are no watchmakers left.  Outsourcing means longer turn around time for your repairs.  At Nabers Jewelers, we are fortunate to have a Watchmaker on staff, in our store.  Mike Huffaker has been with us for a year now, replacing long time Watchmaker Hudson Temples.  Mike started his apprenticeship in 1973 earned his certification as a Master Watchmaker in 1991.  He has over 34 years experience working on all kinds, including Rolex and collector’s watches.  When we service a watch, all parts are individually cleaned and oiled.  This is done so the customer receives a timepiece which is operating at its optimum performance.  Many of our watch repairs take only a few days and we will give you an estimate of your watch repair before we begin work, often while you wait, at no charge.
